Zero (The Not-So Long Wait Is Over)

I'm official poor. Not that I wasn't before, but I'm now out of money. The bank balance says zero, the visa has a number that is not negative (i.e. positive), there is zero income and the bank loan hasn't magically disappeared. so, yeah, I'm pretty broke. haha. I did pretty good though. I made it a whole 2 months on what little I had (which was better than estimated), and in that times I've made some pretty kick-ass progress. On the financing front, I now start leaning on my parents and my partners for the next little while - at least until we raise a little money. But I think we are still safe to put that off for a few months (Make the connections, and kiss the babies, but we want to impress as much as possible when it comes to check writing time). From a business point of view - all is well in my current odyssey of code. Lots of cool physics bits are coming together, and the JS is seeming a little less scary than I had previously though (though no less cracked the fuck out). It turns out Steve is gonna be showing up this weekend to spend the week hacking with me in the basement - which is very, very cool! I'm sure I'll have lots to report as next week rolls around.
